Payment Policy

waitroset accepts secure online payments for orders placed through waitroset.shop. Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Don’t claim or display a payment method unless it is enabled in our checkout.

Currency and charges

Store prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout clearly displays another currency. Product price, discounts, taxes, shipping, and the final order total are shown before payment.

Authorization and verification

Payment must be successfully authorized before fulfillment. A transaction may be reviewed, declined, or canceled if incomplete, unauthorized, inconsistent with billing information, or flagged by fraud-prevention systems. Contact your card issuer or payment provider for declined payments or authorization holds.

Payment security

Payments are processed through Shopify-supported checkout and enabled payment providers. waitroset does not store complete payment-card numbers on its own systems.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to the original payment method whenever possible. The Refund Policy explains eligibility and timing.
